A. Hospital Profile
No Fee.
B. Organizational Review
The fee for the Organizational Review ranges from $15,000
to $35,000 depending on the size and complexity of the
organization. The Review includes a Report of Findings and, if
warranted, an Implementation Proposal.
C. Implementation
The cost of program implementation depends upon the scope of services
agreed to. Once it commences, Delta remains in full-time
residency on a planned basis until the program is completed to the
clients satisfaction for the stated fixed fee.
